If you like being outside and connecting with nature through drawing or painting, join us at some of the areas most beautiful locations including Fort Washington State Park, Pennypack Preserve and Peace Valley State Park. Our plein air working sessions are for artists of all ages and levels.

Schedule will be posted on Facebook and Instagram for sessions beginning on May 15 2019. You provide transportation and supplies. We provide easels and instruction.

Ian Tornay is a professional artist and art teacher. When he is not painting plein-air landscapes, he teaches art and design courses at Moore College of Art and Design and was a professor at Delaware College of Art and Design for twelve years. He has had seven solo exhibitions at Bowery Gallery in New York City and his work has been discussed in The New Republic, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Newswork.org. His work can viewed at iantornaystudio.com.

Sophia Tornay has completed her second year as an Education and Special Education Major at Kutztown University. She is a multi media artist who paints, draws from the figure and works in clay.
